Chiropractic care is a natural, non-invasive form of healthcare that focuses on the musculoskeletal system, particularly the spine, to improve overall health and wellness.


Dr Austin does treat children. Preferably those over the age of 2 years old, although he has seen bubs in the past. Techniques will vary depending on the presenting condition.


Chiropractic is safe during pregnancy. Your Chiropractor will adapt techniques throughout your pregnancy to ensure safety, comfortability and effectiveness.

Your practitioner will discuss with you what they can do to help you. If they are unable to or believe that you need to see someone else, they will refer you to the appropriate professional (GP, Physiotherapist etc..)


You will complete your new patient intake form thoroughly. Your Chiropractor will go through this form with you and discuss your history. Your Chiropractor will then perform some relevant tests on you.. Your Chiropractor will recommend options for treatment and go through a consent form with you explaining any risks for treatment. You will then be adjusted.


If your Chiropractor believes X-Ray's will help inform your condition or treatment, they will refer you to your preferred imaging centre for the scans. Spinal X-Rays are typically bulk-billed under Medicare.
